That means fewer errors, faster turnarounds, and happier clients.
Paperwork? Handled. As soon as a bid or job is accepted, SWEVEN’s background engine whirs into action: a draft pseudo-contract PDF is generated, personalized with client and vendor details, and delivered automatically by email. You’ll never miss a billing window or drop the ball on approvals again—SWEVEN’s got it covered.
Know your numbers at a glance. Facility Managers (FM) and CMMS Supervisors now enjoy exclusive dashboards crafted just for their needs.
Everything you need—one click away. No more toggling between apps or sifting through endless email chains. SWEVEN brings your entire team—and all your media—into a single, scroll-ready interface:
Protect your process. Never worry about disabling an account with unfinished work—the system checks automatically and warns you. If you deactivate your only company user, SWEVEN will cascade the change across all related technician profiles, keeping data consistent and secure. It’s the peace of mind every operations manager needs.
We’ve fine-tuned every detail to match how you work:

Technicians can create, edit, cancel, or resume Work Orders before sending them to their vendors for refer another vendor (Technician can’t refer directly). Vendors can accept or reject these referrals, edit accepted Work Orders, and cancel or resume previously accepted orders. They can also refer Work Orders through SMS, email, or a copy link, depending on whether the referred vendor exists. Clients can accept or reject the Work Order or ask for another vendor. This feature enhances collaboration and communication throughout the Work Order process. All the actors involved in the process are updated for the app thru Notifications.
The Auto Dispatch feature automates the assignment of Work Orders by allowing clients to create a request, which the app then assigns to the top three vendors based on the service type. Clients can monitor vendor engagement in real time, with color codes indicating whether a vendor has viewed the order (red for unseen, green for seen). Vendors receive real-time updates on the order status and can either accept or reject the Work Order, providing their estimated hours and ETA. Clients can then validate the price and ETA before accepting or rejecting the assigned vendor. If needed, clients also have the option to search for new vendors manually. This feature enhances efficiency and responsiveness in the Work Order process.
Push Notifications feature keeps users informed with real-time updates and alerts, ensuring they receive timely information about important events as changed statuses and tagging in notes. This features improve engagement and accessibility within the app. Now users can set their preferences between Push, email or sms notifications.
Deep Links feature enables users to navigate directly to specific content within the app, streamlining access to relevant information and tasks. (as example: go directly to a Work Order since a Notification) This enhances user experience by allowing quick transitions without unnecessary navigation.
The Change Password feature allows all users to securely update their account password at any time. This ensures enhanced security and gives users control over their login credentials, helping to maintain account protection and privacy across the platform.
The Notifications feature provides users with customizable settings to choose how they wish to receive updates—via email or SMS notifications. Clients, vendors, and technicians can manage their preferences for receiving notifications related to Work Orders and related events. This includes SMS and email notifications for clients and vendors, as well as SMS and email updates for technicians, ensuring that all users stay informed through their preferred communication channels.
The Maps feature enhances navigation and location management by allowing users to view client sites directly on a map. Clients can add new sites with autocomplete functionality, making the process faster and more accurate. Vendors can also add technicians using autocomplete, and technicians have the option to open Google Maps for easy navigation to their assigned work sites. This ensures seamless location handling and efficient routing for all users.
