SWEVEN RELEASE NOTES
08/01/2025

Meet the all-new SWEVEN Marketplace v1.6.5—your next leap forward in facilities management. Packed with powerful automation, streamlined collaboration, and razor-sharp insights, this update is designed to save you time, cut costs, and keep your teams in perfect sync. Here’s everything you need to know:

Instant Asset Visibility

Scan, identify, and act in seconds. Every asset and sub-asset now ships with its own QR code—no more hunting through spreadsheets or mangled serial numbers. Your technicians simply point their camera at a code and jump straight to that item’s full history: maintenance logs, location data, replacement schedules, even vendor assignments. That means fewer errors, faster turnarounds, and happier clients.

Effortless Contract Automation

Paperwork? Handled. As soon as a bid or job is accepted, SWEVEN’s background engine whirs into action: a draft pseudo-contract PDF is generated, personalized with client and vendor details, and delivered automatically by email. You’ll never miss a billing window or drop the ball on approvals again—SWEVEN’s got it covered.

Tailored Billing & Insights

Know your numbers at a glance. Facility Managers (FM) and CMMS Supervisors now enjoy exclusive dashboards crafted just for their needs.

  • Custom Menu Options: Only see the tools and reports you actually use.
  • Checkout Summary Modal: A sleek pop-up breaks down costs for materials, hourly bids, referral fees, and more—so you can approve or adjust in real time. Imagine closing out monthly statements in half the time.

Centralized Collaboration Hub

Everything you need—one click away. No more toggling between apps or sifting through endless email chains. SWEVEN brings your entire team—and all your media—into a single, scroll-ready interface:

  • Media Tab: All images, videos, and files linked to a work order live side by side.
  • Notes Tab: A chronological feed of every comment, update, and approval—perfect for audit trails.
  • Quick-Note Buttons: Got an insight while reviewing a photo? Jot it down instantly without ever leaving the view.
  • Vendors Tab: Incoming proposals appear in a dedicated queue. Accept, reject, or ask for clarification with a tap.
  • Social Sharing: Launch work-order summaries into email, chat, or social apps using your device’s native share menu. Collaboration has never been this seamless.

Intelligent Account Controls

Protect your process. Never worry about disabling an account with unfinished work—the system checks automatically and warns you. If you deactivate your only company user, SWEVEN will cascade the change across all related technician profiles, keeping data consistent and secure. It’s the peace of mind every operations manager needs.

IOptimized for Real-World Use

We’ve fine-tuned every detail to match how you work:

  • Single-User Vendor Actions: Small teams can now handle every task end-to-end—no extra clicks, no extra logins.
  • Adaptive Number Formatting: “40k” replaces “40000,” decluttering your screens and sparing you scrolling fatigue.
  • Timezone-Aware Dates & Alerts: ETAs, deadlines, and notifications always sync to each user’s local clock—so you’re never chasing a phantom timestamp.

Why Upgrade Today?

  • Boost Productivity: Automate repeat tasks and cut admin time by up to 50%.
  • Eliminate Errors: QR-based asset lookup and automated checks ensure data integrity.
  • Enhance Collaboration: One unified platform for teams, media, and vendors.
